Eligible Conditions

Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags are attached
Original packaging is intact
Item is defective or incorrect (photo evidence required)

Non-Eligible Conditions

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items with tags removed
Items damaged due to customer negligence
Items affected by odors (perfume, cosmetics, etc.)
Requests made after 14 days from delivery
