본 약관은 주식회사 펀플렉스코리아(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 THIS IS FINE 온라인 스토어(thisisfine.co.kr, 이하 "사이트")의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다.

- 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중지 등 불가항력적 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임을 면합니다.
- 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제10조 (분쟁 해결)
본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
본 약관은 2026년 3월 19일부터 시행됩니다.

- The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or service interruptions by third parties.
- The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own actions or negligence.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
These Terms of Service are effective as of March 19, 2026.
