교환 및 반품 안내

THIS IS FINE은 고객 만족을 위해 아래 기준에 따라 교환 및 반품을 접수합니다.

교환/반품 가능 기간

  • 상품 수령일로부터 14일 이내 접수 가능

교환/반품 가능 조건

  • 상품을 수령한 후 미착용, 미세탁 상태인 경우
  • 상품 태그(Tag)가 제거되지 않은 경우
  • 상품의 포장이 훼손되지 않은 경우
  • 상품 불량 또는 오배송인 경우 (사진 증빙 필요)

교환/반품 불가 조건

  • 착용, 세탁, 수선 등으로 상품 가치가 훼손된 경우
  • 상품 태그가 제거된 경우
  • 고객의 부주의로 상품이 훼손된 경우
  • 향수, 화장품 등의 냄새가 밴 경우
  • 수령일로부터 14일이 경과한 경우
  • 세일/프로모션 상품 (별도 고지된 경우)

교환/반품 배송비

  • 단순 변심에 의한 교환/반품: 왕복 배송비 고객 부담 (국내 6,000원)
  • 상품 불량 또는 오배송: 배송비 브랜드 부담
  • 해외 주문 교환/반품: 국제 왕복 배송비 고객 부담

환불 안내

  • 반품 상품 수령 및 검수 완료 후 2~3 영업일 이내 환불 처리
  • 결제 수단에 따라 환불 소요기간이 다를 수 있습니다 (카드사 영업일 기준 3~7일)

Return & Exchange Policy

THIS IS FINE accepts returns and exchanges in accordance with the following guidelines.

Return/Exchange Period

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Eligible Conditions

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Item is defective or incorrect (photo evidence required)

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with tags removed
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence
  • Items affected by odors (perfume, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Requests made after 14 days from delivery
  • Sale/promotional items (unless otherwise stated)

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    • Domestic (Korea): ₩6,000 round-trip shipping fee
    • International: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Defective or incorrect items: Shipping costs are covered by THIS IS FINE

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
