Return & Exchange Policy

THIS IS FINE accepts returns and exchanges in accordance with the following guidelines.

Return/Exchange Period

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Eligible Conditions

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Item is defective or incorrect (photo evidence required)

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with tags removed
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence
  • Items affected by odors (perfume, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Requests made after 14 days from delivery
  • Sale/promotional items (where specifically indicated as non-returnable)

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    • Domestic (Korea): ₩6,000 round-trip shipping fee
    • International: International round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Defective or incorrect items: Shipping costs are covered by THIS IS FINE

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
