Terms of Service & Customer Policy


1. Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected delivery method. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email/mobile.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
FUNFLEX KOREA LTD is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, or within 7 days of receiving the written confirmation of order (whichever is later).

  • The item received differs from the advertised or ordered product. In this case, a return request must be submitted within 3 months of receipt, or within 30 days of discovering the issue.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or lost due to customer negligence (excluding damage during product inspection).

  • The product has been used or partially consumed, reducing its resale value.

  • The product’s value has decreased significantly over time, making resale unfeasible.

  • Packaging of a reproducible product (such as digital goods) has been opened.

  • The item is custom-made, and cancellation would cause irreparable damage to FUNFLEX KOREA LTD, with prior consent from the customer.

  • Digital content or services have already been accessed (excluding divisible content not yet used).

 

5. Return Shipping Cost

For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (e.g., size, color), the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer. In cases of wrong or defective products, FUNFLEX KOREA LTD will cover the shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable courier service for all return shipments.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Shipping fees, customs duties, and other non-product-related charges are non-refundable.


7. Privacy Policy

FUNFLEX KOREA LTD is committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used only for order processing and customer service. We do not share personal information with third parties, except where required by law or with your explicit consent. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, please contact our privacy officer.
